General Manager

Sarah-Jane Carpenter

It is very hard to summarise your career and life achievements in a few words, but on reflection, I can see that I have been blessed to have had a career in Social Care spanning over 28 years. It’s been a varied and enjoyable career working across several client groups including Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries and Older People Services.
My career began as an Auxiliary Nurse, and through hard work and determination, I have thrived in the industry and have been privileged to have held Senior Leadership positions in well-respected organisations. I have been fortunate in my life to have cared for and supported many wonderful people, all of whom have left pearls of wisdom with me and made me the person I am today.
People talk of being passionate about great care but I really feel the passion in all I do and together with my fabulous team of like-minded individuals, we are dedicated to ensuring that our community here at Reigate Grange experience the very best of what life has to offer.

Client Liaison Manager

Julie Le May

Having worked for other care providers in a similar role, I truly feel honoured to be working with an award-winning care home (Signature) which is also absolutely stunning. The team at Reigate really are a ‘team’ in the true sense of the word. We all have the same objectives, which is to work hard to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of our residents.
My job satisfaction comes from being able to provide all of the information and assistance needed to help people on their journey also finding their perfect care solution for either themselves or their loved ones.

Client Liaison Manager

Florence Kirkland

After returning to work from having a career break to have my little girl, stepping into Reigate Grange everyone welcomed me with open arms and I knew from the minute I walked into the building I was going to be very happy working here. It is a wonderful feeling knowing I can help families make the right decision with it comes to care choices for their loved ones.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and being in the outdoors.

Care Services Manager

Jean Hiley

As Care Services Manager at Reigate Grange, I head our clinical services team and deputise for Sarah-Jane in her absence. I am a qualified nurse with over 39 years experience, 30 of these being in various senior positions within the health and social care sector.

My passion is ensuring that our residents live their life to the full. I enjoy working with them and their families to make sure that this is the case.  I love being a team player, developing staff and sharing my knowledge.  Positivity is my mantra, believing that there is always a solution which fits in perfectly with the ethos of Reigate Grange.

Dementia Care Manager

Mwaya Siwale

I like to say that so far, I have had a journey in health and social care for 17 years, humbled to have had the opportunity to meet different people from all walks of life.

I studied at the University of Bradford, where I obtained my Degree in Dementia Studies and

completed a course in Dementia Care Mapping, as a certified user.

Having had the opportunity to work in different roles, for some exclusive care providers who pride themselves in providing nothing but the utmost person-centered quality care for people living with dementia, the older adults, frail, and those at their end of life, I have come to learn a lot from the teams I have worked with, and likewise, share my knowledge and experience with others.

Why Signature Reigate Grange? I was attracted to the ethos of the team.

I believe in being part of a team that aims to deliver excellent quality care which enables and empowers the people we support; this includes the staff. To me that is what defines Signature Reigate Grange. I am honoured to be a part of this team, since September 2020.

When I am not working, I enjoy cooking for family, friends, playing and watching tennis, taking long walks, watching movies, travelling and giving back to the community through my local Church.

Residential Care Manager

Heidi Twomey

I have worked in care all of my life and would never consider doing anything else.
My career started over 40 years ago in Ireland where I worked in a care home which was run by nuns.
I moved to England approximately 30 years ago and had a variety of management positions in care settings before finding Reigate Grange. The team here are the best and I would not want to be anywhere else.
I love to spend time with my family and enjoy watching most sports, football, rugby, tennis and enjoy a small flutter on the horses.

Activities Manager

Chloe Krokidis

I have always had a passion for the performing arts and entertainment and after graduating with a First-Class Ba Hons degree in Musical Theatre, I couldn’t wait to pursue a career within the arts. Over the past 7 years, I have been lucky enough to work and perform within a variety of establishments; most notably for Warner Leisure Hotels and more recently Saga Cruises. Whilst on board with Saga Cruises, I was lucky enough to see many corners of the world and also took on more responsibility working alongside the Cruise Director to organise and manage the Production Team. However, last year I decided to leave the seas and come home to spend more time with friends and family and thought I would never find a job within the industry that I could do from home.
From the moment I stepped through the doors of Reigate Grange, I instantly fell in love with the home, team and concept of Signature and am thrilled to be starting a new journey here with the Signature team and be given the opportunity to provide entertainment and activities to our residents.
